Although I have gone to a lot of different places in the United States, I have never had the opportunity to travel outside of the United States. However, that is all going to change this summer when I get to go to Paris. The reason that I am going to get to go to Paris for the summer is because my school is offering a study abroad program, and luckily for me, I got accepted into it, so I’m going to get to spend a full three weeks of my summer experiencing the amazing culture that Paris has to offer.
As you can imagine, I am extremely excited about this opportunity. Since I am going with people from my school, I think I’m going to have an even better time because I’m not going to feel like I’m all alone during my first experience in a different country.
I know that the trip is still several months away, but because I am so excited about it, I have already been making plans about some of the things I want to make sure that I do while I am there.
